Secure Chain Compass
Reduce human cyber risk before it becomes an incident.
An urgent payment request. An unexpected sign-in. A document shared in a hurry. Security incidents often begin with an ordinary workplace moment. Compass helps people rehearse safer responses through realistic scenarios, practical reinforcement and learning relevant to their work.
Built by Secure Chain for UK organisations, Compass connects learning, phishing simulations, behaviour insight and completion evidence in one platform. It helps managers understand where support is needed without reducing people to a leaderboard.

AI Adoption Academy
Support responsible AI use and governance through separately licensed staff, manager and leadership pathways.
Learn through decisions, not just presentations
People investigate messages, examine warning signs and choose a response. Branching scenarios show the consequences of their choices, followed by practical exercises and knowledge checks. Cyber Stories and short drills reinforce the habits that matter between longer learning sessions.
Captions, transcripts and optional narration support the experience. Learners can follow their pathway, resume their training and review the explanations behind their answers.

Put safer behaviour to the test with PhishGuard
PhishGuard provides practical phishing reinforcement alongside learning. Organisations can run controlled campaigns, track responses and connect simulation outcomes with follow-up training.
Verified sending domains and dedicated simulation infrastructure keep campaign emails separate from account notifications. Scheduling, sending limits and approval controls support responsible campaign operation.

Understand the risk behind the result
Completion is useful, but it is not the whole picture. Compass combines learning and behavioural signals into explainable human risk insight, showing the factors behind a score and keeping confidence separate from the score itself.
Behaviour risk and business exposure are assessed separately. Team and organisation views help authorised managers identify where coaching or process improvements could help, without employee leaderboards.

Build evidence for your assurance programme
Connect staff learning with relevant awareness expectations and keep completion records ready for review. Compass supports reporting and CSV evidence exports for leadership, assessors and auditors.
Awareness mappings include Cyber Essentials, ISO/IEC 27001 Annex A 6.3, UK GDPR, NHS DSPT and other relevant UK guidance. Mapping supports your wider programme; it does not certify your organisation or replace technical assessment.

Training that reflects the workplace
The catalogue includes core cyber awareness and sector-focused learning for legal services, healthcare, financial services, education and retail. Topics include phishing, account security, information handling, remote working, AI safety and incident reporting.
Personalisation adapts content where a tailored industry or role variant exists, with standard content used otherwise.

Responsible AI adoption, from staff to leadership
The separately licensed AI Adoption Academy extends Compass into responsible AI use. Its three pathways, AI Ready, AI Manager and AI Governance Leader, address everyday judgement, team oversight and governance responsibilities.
Learning covers sensitive data, checking AI outputs, approved tools, bias, use-case review and governance. Practical written exercises are saved as “Draft – Training Output”, private to the learner and authorised reviewers. The academy is aligned to ISO/IEC 42001 principles; it is not an accredited qualification or certification programme.
One platform, appropriate access
Compass supports separate learner and administration workspaces, organisation-specific settings and role-based access. Organisation administrators manage learning and licences, while separately licensed Academy seats can be allocated within the organisation’s purchased allowance.
Frequently asked questions
Is Compass only a training library?
No. It combines scenario-based learning with phishing reinforcement, explainable human risk insight and assurance evidence. Available capabilities depend on the organisation’s licence.
Does Compass certify our compliance?
No. Learning and framework mapping support an assurance programme. They do not replace technical assessment, legal advice or formal certification.
Can learners hear the scenarios?
Compass includes learner-controlled narration, captions and transcripts in supported learning content. Narration is optional.
Is the AI Adoption Academy included?
It is a separately licensed academy with assigned seats and three pathways: AI Ready, AI Manager and AI Governance Leader.
Does Compass rank employees?
There are no employee leaderboards. Human risk insight supports proportionate coaching and review, with access restricted by role and organisation.
Can we see a demonstration?
Yes. Request a Compass demonstration through Secure Chain to discuss your requirements. Compass is available now; a demonstration is the quickest way to see how it would fit your organisation.
