Managed IT support for Chesterfield businesses, with security built in.
Fully managed or co-managed IT support for local firms. The difference from most IT support companies is that the people looking after your systems are the same people who think about how they'd be attacked.
IT support and security usually live in separate boxes.
We often take over from providers who were fine at resetting passwords but left MFA half-deployed, ran backups nobody tested and never mentioned that the server was out of support. None of it was negligent — it just wasn't anyone's job.
- Slow ticket response and no named contact
- Microsoft 365 set up once and never revisited
- No real answer to 'what happens if the server dies?'
Support, infrastructure and security run as one service.
We take on the day-to-day: user support, devices, Microsoft 365, network and backups. Security settings are part of the standard build, not an upsell. If you have an internal IT person, co-managed support gives them a team behind them rather than replacing them.

Questions we are asked most often.
What's co-managed IT support?
Your internal IT person stays in charge; we provide the helpdesk overflow, specialist skills, tools and holiday cover. It's often the best fit for 50–200 person firms.
How does switching provider work?
We run a documented onboarding over two to four weeks, working with your outgoing provider where they'll cooperate. Expect a list of things we found that need attention.
Do you come on site?
Yes, for local clients. Most issues are fixed remotely, but we'll attend when it's quicker or when hardware's involved.
How is it priced?
Per user per month, with servers and infrastructure priced separately. You'll get a figure after a short scoping call.
Talk to us about IT support.
A 30-minute call with a consultant, not a salesperson. We'll ask about your setup, tell you honestly whether we can help, and what it would roughly cost.
