Microsoft 365 support

Microsoft 365 support that covers the security settings, not just the mailboxes.

Most Microsoft 365 tenants we review were set up quickly during a migration and never revisited. The defaults are better than they were, but there's usually a lot left on the table — and some of it matters.

The challenge

The tenant works. That doesn't mean it's configured well.

Common findings: global admin rights on day-to-day accounts, legacy authentication still allowed, external sharing wide open in SharePoint, licences paid for but features unused, and no alerting on suspicious inbox rules — the exact technique used in most invoice fraud we've investigated.

Our approach

Review, harden, then manage.

We start with a tenant review against Microsoft's own secure score and our own checklist, agree the changes with you, roll them out in a way that doesn't lock anyone out, then manage the tenant ongoing.

Frequently asked questions

Questions we are asked most often.

Will hardening disrupt users?

Done carelessly, yes. We phase changes, test with a pilot group and communicate first.

Do we need Business Premium?

For most SMEs it's the sensible tier because of Intune and conditional access, but we'll tell you honestly if you don't need it.

Can you just do a one-off review?

Yes. Many clients start there and decide afterwards whether to hand over ongoing management.

Does this help with Cyber Essentials?

Significantly. A lot of the Cyber Essentials requirements are met in the tenant and Intune.
